Shipping & Returns

Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $99. Orders under $99 ship for a flat rate of $5.95. Once your order is placed, we process it within 1‑2 days and shipments typically arrive in 3‑7 business days depending on your location.

Returns: If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To start a return, please reach out through our contact page. Please note that fragrances must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error (for example, you received an incorrect or damaged item).
